I am a 50 something, diabetic pastry chef. I love food, and all things food related. It has always been that way. Period. I have 2 beagles, that are an endless source of entertainment. I flyfish, tie flies and practice catch and release. I work with seniors, and I cherish them. They keep me connected to my roots, and traditions: Both of which I deem important , to me. You will see the odd fish dish here, as I harvest selectively and very sparingly.
