I Had some Macs that had gone soft in my cooler. Now, when Mac is fresh, it’s hard to find a better eater, but once it starts to get that floury, chalky texture, it’s time to get out the puff dough, or in this case, the Blitzpuff, (because I’m lazy), and make a big ole strudel, yo! Two halves, one slight;y wider than the other, for the top piece, some trim for the silly little designs on top, 20 minutes in the oven @410, and voila baby! Now get out that bucket of homemade vanilla bean ice cream, and have a slice with a vat of dark roast!
