Fighting the dreaded baker’s cramp…

Yes, it has arrived. It seems that more than one of my peers, be they professional or very talented amateurs….We seem to be warring against the winter wall of apathy..Every now and then, I like to just step back from everyday, and focus more on something else: A hobby, a book, a rearrangement of “Feng Shui” in my humble abode. It matters not what, but that I take the step. Of course I still want to make food, baked or otherwise, I just want to love it, and not feel like it’s work!  Occasionally, a step back gives us a new perspective, and a new appreciation for a different approach…I have a week to myself , and I have found it most productive, so far….Here’s to a new outlook…(Bakery porn to follow…In very short order!)
