Yup. It’s another pizza post. Using my No knead levain pizza dough, This one has Chicken Cordon Bleu, cut into cross sections. Red sauce, Mozz, Gouda and Jarlsberg…Some carcioffi marinato, after it came off the stone, and a last drizzle with Avocado oil, and some Himalayan pink sea salt..MMMM. sure tasted good after shoveling all that Martitime snow, yo!
