Pizza night, well, it’s Sunday isn’t it???

Tonight’s pizza:  A spelt crust, made with a poolish and flavored with Turmeric, barley and fresh garlic. Toppings were : Wilted spinach, hormone and antibiotic free sausage, and pepperoni, Asiago and Mozz, with a little Tunisian extra virgin drizzled , after the fact.  I have been passed again, this week…Phew!


Pre-piizafest. The lady of the house continues her assault on Candy crush saga. She was heard to mutter, “It smells sooooo good”. Music to my ears.     I can hear it.
