Frittata della Nonna

ImageI felt for a frittata this AM. One with lots of fresh chopped garlic,  a hint of onion, some basil, and just a soupcon of oregano. On this frittata I wanted to find: Some smoked Gouda cheese, ( I hear that there’s a really good one made in this here neighborhood!) , a little Havarti, some cracked black pepper, and a pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt..Finally topped with a few cherry tomatoes from a neighbor’s garden….3 slices of crusty rye/12 grain toast, and la collazione e pronto!ImageImage
